Calling my beer drinking knotties!
My FI and I need your help to get creative. He has been a big home brewer for the past two years (for anyone who doesn't know, home brewing is making beer at home and yes it is legal and safe). We have brewed beer for special occasions and it is a big hit among our friends and family, so we have decided to do this as a part of our wedding favor.
Just because I know booze is touchy subject sometimes on TK, so I want to assure anyone that we have clearance from the venue and caterer to provide these as favors. We are also making a non-alcoholic root beer and cream soda for those are not drinkers and for our underage nieces and nephews to take home.
We are making 6 different kinds of beer and we need help naming them! I would love to have a love/wedding theme to the names, but not anything everlasting love mushy. Does anyone have suggestions? Here is a general description of the beers/sodas.
Kiwi Whit- a light refreshing whit with kiwi and coriander notes, blonde in color
Pumpkin Porter- a toasty porter with pumpkin pie flavor and spices, rich chocolately brown in color
Strawberry Wheat- a light crisp wheat with strawberry tones, golden red in color
Vanilla Stout- a dark rich stout with vanilla tones, deep brown in color (if you don't drink stouts, think yummy coffee with vanilla)
Imperial Pilsner- strong traditional pilsner, closer to a traditional domestic beer in color
Cream Soda and Root Beer- pretty much self explanatory
