I need your love song help!!!

As our favors FI and I are going to make 2 CDs, a "From Her to Him" CD and a "From Him to Her" CD that we will each make ourselves. We will probably put 13 songs on each. He has a lot more good, sappy songs than I do. He played a Brian McKnight song for me this morning that made me cry!

I need your suggestions! He will probably use Brian McKnight, the Isley Brothers, Luther Vandross and such. I listen to hip-hop and pop music, so I don't know what to pick. My favorite so far that will be on my CD is "Mmm" by Laura Izibor. I don't listen to country except the poppy ones like Faith, Taylor, and Shania.

So, what songs do you suggest???
