Have any of you ladies used Tabitha Ballard for your cake? How did it turn out as far as how it looked? How did it taste? TIA!!

    Cake is one of those things that is very subjective.  People like different styles, textures, and tastes in cake.  What I think is a wonderful cake is a cake that you might think tastes bland or subpar.  I think it would be the best idea to schedule a free tasting with her (she typically meets her clients at a Starbucks location in McKinney), try her cakes, and see what YOU think.  In terms of how they looked, she will bring many, many pictures of the cakes she has done.

    I believe there are a few Knotties on here who have used her (check the vendor sticky at the top of the board to find out who).  GL!
