Not sure if you want to have favors?

I went to a wedding last weekend and didn't even notice that the bride and groom didn't have favors.  So, if it's not in your budget or you just don't want to have them, I don't think anyone will even notice.

Just my two cents.

I went to a wedding about 2 years ago.  I didn't even realize they didn't have favors until I started planning my own wedding was was making an effort to recall the favors I had seen over the years (this was less than 6 months ago).

Yeah, it's a nice way to save money.  I go back and forth with it.  At this point, if there is extra $ I'll do some favors last minute, until then I'm focusing on everything else.  :)

I agree with pp. I felt like I wanted to have something for our guests, so we did them, although I had went back and forth on them as well.

We had them, but they had a special meaning to us... they were indian candles (different sizes and shapes), unscented that can be used for religious purposes...

If you do pick a favor, try not going with the propoganda ones that are out there. There are definitely websites that try to push this favor stuff on you. If it's not you, or you want to save money, then don't have it :)
