what's going on with ewedding? favors

I ordered favors (1/2 wine stoppers, 1/2 wine openers) from ewedding.com in Georgia.    I got an email from them last week saying that the stoppers were not available and to contact them.  I've been trying over and over for the last week and I only get a voice mail.  My many messages and emails have gone unanswered.  Does someone know another way to contact them?

    If you can't reach them by phone or by email, I'm not sure what to tell you.  Have you tried mailing them a physical letter?  If you do, send it by certified mail, so that you can verify that they have in fact received it.  I hope this works out for you.

    ETA:  I looked up ewedding.com and it's a wedding website site.  Is this who you placed your order with?

    Call up your credit card company and ask them to cancel the order.  They can do the investigation for you.

    I'm sure there are other places to get the same wedding favors.
