Special MOH favor

My Matron of Honor is being so sweet and is trying so hard to make everything perfect. She is doing such an amazingly sweet job on my shower etc, including dealing with my family - which can sometimes be a pain -  that I really want to do something special for her to thank her for all of her troubles and show her that I really appreciate her.  Does anyone have suggestions as to a special "thank you gift" or wedding favor that singles her out for being so sweet and helpful?

She likes girly stuff, but I'm drawing a blank for clever ideas.

    What you're getting her is a hostess gift (thanking her for hosting your shower).  Maybe a gift card for a mani/pedi or nice bottle of wine.  Think of something you'd get her for her birthday.

    Does she like wine?  There are those adorable picnic baskets with the complete wine kit (like a stand for the ground to hold the glasses).  We loved getting one, and everyone we've given one seems to love it.
