I don't post much but I did have this one question.  Has anyone or is anyone doing Boudoir photos?  If so who are you using and how much is it?

I think I am going to do some.  Here is the information I've gotten form who I'll probably shoot with: I work from a home-based studio and I do most boudoir sessions here (we live
in Mansfield) but I can always arrange for a hotel if you prefer. We just
returned from a photography convention where we took 1st place for the
second year in a row in the Boudoir category - you can see the award-winning

Boudoir sessions start at $500 and always include a password protected
private gallery and a 5x7 20-page little black book.  I am attaching two
price lists, one is for our boudoir sessions and the other is for boudoir
books. We also offer a 20% "bravery discount" if you sign a model release
giving us permission to use your images on our website, marketing materials,
displays and competitions.

There are a lot of girls who have done them.  I did some with my photograhers in their studio (contemporary Portraits).  I got a really good deal because I already had done engagements, bridals, and they were shooting our wedding.  You can spend anywhere from a couple hundred to thousands on boudoirs.  It just depends on your budget, the style you want, and the packages you want.  I love Lynn Michelle's boudoirs.  They're hot.

I'm really thinking about getting them done after the wedding. My photographer said the price for a session is $400 and that includes the cd of images and a 5x7 20 page book and a private online gallery.  She sent me the link to one of her latest sessions so you all can see her work.
