Can anyone recommend an affordable place to buy tissue paper? I'm looking for colored tissue paper (purples or blues or silver). I'm looking for a store or a place online. Already went to Michaels and Party City. Both places have a poor selection of colors. I don't need much tissue paper. Just enough to fill 8 large tote bags (for my bridesmaids).
