I wouldn't order anything from the Wedding Shop EVER! Over a month after placing my order I checked on the order status. It still shows as 'processing'. I emailed customer service - no response. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone and after being on hold for 5 minutes was told that the supplier just stopped shipping my bags - they didn't know why and didn't have a replacement. Supposedly an email went out last week notifying anyone with an order that it was being cancelled with a 20% off coupon for a new order. I didn't get any email, no notification that my order was cancelled (why does it STILL show as processing?) and have no intention of placing another order. I'm just glad I am organized and checked on this with enough time to find other gifts for my bridesmaids. I wouldn't order anything from the Wedding Channel Shop if it's remotely important to actually recieve it for you wedding.
