I think old navy has a sale every year where all the flip flops are 1. Otherwise I would google nail salons and spas bulk purchase. Or do you know anyone with a license to do any spa service? Ask them to check out the bulk stores for you that's how my sister get me expensive shampoo for much cheaper! Hope any of that is helpful
