I just found specialized teas made in Maryland that would be a great favor.  They're only $17 for 100 individually wrapped tea bags and for $20, they'll personalize them for you.  I'm using these in my out of town bags but they're so cheap, they'd be a great favor!  Can't beat $0.37 per person!

I emailed the company about a question I had and the lady told me about the personalization.  You'll probably have to contact them too to find out more about it.  I just used their "Contact Us" page.
