Wording on favor bags

My grandmother is making us donuts for our wedding favors. I'm getting personalized glassine bags made, and I need some suggestions on wording. I'd really like to honor her on them somehow, maybe something along the lines of made with love by Stephanie's Grandmother? Does anyone have a good suggestion?

    Hi,
Sorry but I think "in honor of Stephanie's Grandmother", makes it sound as if she's passed away and didn't do the baking herself.  I'd say something more like "Made with Love by Grandma (last name)".
