So annoyed at firelilly chocolates!

Well I was originally thinking of using firelily's truffle cones as favors.... I ordered some for myself last year and shared them with my office and my office liked them. So I ordered some for my mom to test them since I wanted her opinion in March, the charge showed up on my debit card on 03/25/2010. Fast forward 4 months to now, July and guess what? They still haven't shipped to her, I called this morning to cancel the order and before I could finish getting out my request their customer service asked for my name I gave it to her and she said that they were boxing it up, I said well we were going to use you as wedding favors but you took too long so we had to go with something else so I need to cancel the order and she then changed it from they were boxing it up to it was already boxed up and waiting to be shipped and that she would have to check with the president of their company to see if they could cancel it. They called back and left a voicemail said they were able to cancel it but instead of crediting it back to my card....they're sending a refund check to....my parents house.
My parents live in VA I live in NV ugh!
So disappointed in their customer service and business.
Highly do NOT recommend!

Wow, that sucks. They never should have charged your card unless they were already in the mail. Thanks for the heads up for other brides thinking of using them.
