Looking for Organza

I am having trouble finding what I am looking for so I am thinking I need to make it yet another DIY project.  I am looking for rainbow organza (no not organza in rainbow colours) - ACTUAL RAINBOW COLOURS ON ONE PIECE OF ORGANZA...if I can only find it in bold rainbow it will have to do but I would prefer more muted pastel rainbow and I need a teal ribbon to use as a drawstring.  The teal ribbon I think may be an easier find than the organza...Does anybody know where I can find it...I am in Canada but will order online from anywhere else if only I can just find it
