lucky bamboo care card/tag wording

I am lost for words on how to simply state how to care for lucky bamboo on a tag or small card.  Has anyone used lucky bamboo for favors and already have a card made up that I can use the wording from?  Or can anyone help come up with wording?

    We are only having one stalk per vase.  Online says that 1 stalk = Simplicity and a meaningful life.  I don't know if there is a cut eway to incorporate this into the care tag?
