Really needed?

Hi Everyone,

     Ok I know that favors are supposed to be a thank you to all your guests for coming to your wedding and are usually customary.

Are they really needed?? I was planning and still am planning on doing personalized lollipops as favors. But, if I could skip it I wouldn't be heart broken about it.

Would anyone here be offended if they went to a wedding and didn't receive a favor??

I'm soooo glad you are all saying this! I was just wondering the same thing and having a really tough time finding something that I liked enough, and was "us" to give to everyone.  Everything out there seems so cheezy, it's just not our style.

Most of the weddings I've been to have been pretty low budget, so the favors are usually some kind of candy. And to be completely honest, I usually forget to take them anyway. I would say it's not a big deal if you don't have them.

Yes, it is perfectly fine to skip favors.
