Wedding Favors- how much to buy

I'm thinking about ordering those personalized M&Ms as wedding favors- the question is: how much to buy?  They have 10lb bulk bags and I have 175 guests, is that enough?  Does anyone have experience buying these and know how many are in each bag?  Thanks for the help!

I would go to a local candy store that has bulk candy and fill up one of your favor bags--then multiply that amount times the # of guests.

10lbs isn't really a lot. The big bags of M&Ms at the grocery store are 5lbs and I have seen one of those disappear at a party with a dozen guests.
