I was searching online for some cheap favors and I came across something that said that bubbles are a great cheap favor. We are having people send us off with bubbles. That's not our favor though, is it? I didn't think so but I just want to clarify. Thanks!

I think it's a cute idea for a send-off, but I wouldn't consider it a favor, no.

Nope that's a prop for your wedding and no a favour (unless your guests are children then yes they may love it)
