umbrellas in bulk

Does anyone know of any sites or stores that sell cute rain umbrellas?  Not plain umbrellas but ones with some sort of design.  Also, under $10!  We need about 50 of them, so the cheaper the better…

Do you have any outlets near you?  I would look for a Totes outlet.  Totes is the primary umbrella brand you'd find in Target and similar stores, but if you found an outlet you could probably find some very reasonable umbrellas.
