Wedding Fans-how many?

I would like to supply fans for my guests because our ceremony will be outside in July! We are thinking approximately 150-175 people will be at the reception but not sure how many will actually come to the ceremony. The ceremony and reception are at the same location. I assume only the women will want to use a fan. How many should I order?

I would have one for every chair. If there's no gap I'd imagine the vast majority of your guests will attend, and believe me if it's hot enough even the men will use fans. They did at the beach wedding I was just at -- they also used them to shield the sun.
