XP: Cookie stuffed cookies

I totally forgot to post on his board!

I made a test run of my cookie stuffed cookie edible favors last night for the wedding.

Just wanted to share the epicness that is the cookie stuffed cookie.

I made chocolate chip with Oreo and PB Reeses stuffed inside.

below is the Oreo stuffed cookies.



I have no pics of the PB since they were devoured instantly.

Full sized oreos- these cookies come out HUGE btw.

You take chocolate chip cookiedough, take a tablespoon of it and plop it onto a cookie sheet, then you place an oreo on top of the dough. Then you take another spoonful of dough and cover it on top of the oreo. Bake at 375 for 11 minutes- my oven is old and it took me 20 minutes to bake.

I also used pre made cookie dough to cut time in half.

BTW- you can replace oreos with PB reeses cups. The cups will melt into the dough when cooked so you will get pure chocolate ooze and peanute butter when they are fully cooled down- very very very tasty.
