favor opinion

my wedding is at a winery and i'm thinking about going with the wine theme (i was debating to do a fall theme instead of wine but...)... the winery includes in the package 1 half size bottle of their wine with a personalized label per every 2 guests... they also sell these individually for 3$ each...

i'm having about 75 people (including some children- who obviously i won't be giving a bottle of wine too :P)  should i pay for the other wine bottles and have one for each guest as a favor?  or should i get something else since not every drinks?  i was thinking about these cute wine bottle stoppers that have leaves on top (perfect for the fall and wine!!!!) but does that help if again, they don't drink?  i imagine if you don't want your favor though you either leave it there or give it away though right so does it matter?  i mean i could do a food item and not everyone will like it right?

anyway, they're about the same price... so should i do the wine bottle for each guest, or have half wine bottles and half wine bottle stoppers?  or half wine bottles and half of some other item (ideas??????) or should i have one small item for everyone and leave out the 30 or so wine bottles for whoever wants one?

thanks!

If it were me, I would do the half bottles that are included and the wine stoppers.  I'm picturing that in my head and it's really cute.  :)

I think its adorable.  Sure, some people don't drink, but not everyone will use your favors, no matter what it is.

For some reason, sparkling grape juice came to mind for those who don't drink. Could that be something you bring with you, and still incorporate the bottle stopper? IDK, it's just the first thing that popped in my head.

I think whatever you choose to do, your guests won't be mad or offended by you offering wine. And like you said, if they don't want it, they'll either leave it, or regift! :)

I would give a bottle to each person (minus the kids). I did wine bottles and I alternated red and white,so each couple went home with a bottle of red and a bottle of white. They were a huge hit. For the kids, I basically made a goody bag with little projects and things to keep themselves busy. I had a pumpkin basket in the middle of the table filled with candy and goodies instead of a CP.
