Chocolate Lollipop Favors

So I'm planning on making chocolate lollipop favors (some are flowers and some are hearts) and I'm going to stick them in the centerpieces as part of the bouquet. I don't want that to confuse the guests though so what do you guy's think would be the best way to let the guests know they can have one?

    Maybe put a little note on the back of the table numbers, on the menu, or somewhere else at the table. You could write a cute poem or rhyme letting the guests know where to find their treat.
