I would take a trip to the bulk food store and take along the package that I plan to put my favours in. I would fill the package and then weigh the contents and see how much it will take - then you can just multiply that by 200 to tell you how many lbs. you need. (Of course I would buy the M&Ms I used from the bulk food store for a snack.)
