Napkins (ordered from The Knot)

I just received my order of napkins from the knot... they look TERRIBLE. I am so upset with how they turned out and after calling customer service (the lady was nice but kept repeating the same stupid thing), they offered no help and no returns. I am so upset with how my order was handled, this site and how they have treated this bride, I STRONGLY suggest that if you choose to order napkins, you order from a more reputable distributer, less you be out $100 and stuck with really ugly paperware

I ordered lots of stuff from TK and out of the twenty or so items I received I liked ONE of them... cheap stuff... too late now, but I won't order anything else from them!
