Favor Boxes

Anyone know where I can find flat favor boxes like the ones in the picture below? Everywhere I've looked, I can only find bigger boxes/pillow boxes/tins, etc. Would appreciate the help. Thanks!

To me, those look similar to these, from papermart.com: http://www.papermart.com/Product%20Pages/Product.aspx?GroupID=20363&SubGroupID=11265&ParentGroupID=18993#11265.  You could mix and match lids and boxes of different colors.  Looks like size #33 maybe (3.5 x 3.5 x 1).
