My fiancee and I are getting married in April 2013. Since we are both such avid readers we had the great idea to give classic novels as our wedding favor. JWe would like to order all different novels. We would like these books to be new, paperback works. We are trying to do this in a cost-effective manner, because we are on a budget for our wedding. Does anyone know of a way to do this? Thanks
Mari Inc. looks like a great place to order a variety of books, too. I've never used them, but they have a lot of book options. http://www.mariinc.com/bookbargain.html
Be prepared to donate a lot of books to libraries or charities after your wedding. It is a really cute idea but I think you are going to have a lot of left over books. Take my husband and me as an example. I was an English major in undergrad and have already read most of the classics. If I really liked them, I bought them in hardback and have no need for paperback copies. DH is a math guy and tends to stay away from novels. We both read constantly yet would have no use for the books that you are giving away as favors.
