Lavender flowers/plants used for favors. Has anyone done this and know where I can buy?

I want to use a bundle of lavender flowers and tie them together with ribbon to be given to my guests as favors. Does anyone know any websites where I can order something like this? I have found lavender seeds but would rather give the actual flower.

I would check with nurseries in your area.  But why would you want to spend money on giving flowers to your guests?  Every guest would get a bundle of lavender?  What are they supposed to do with it once they have it? I just see a lot of people leaving these behind.  People with allergies, people who are allergic. People who don't like lavender.
