I ordered flowers (gerbera daisy) from this company as I was making wedding flowers for my girlfriends daughter.  I can't tell you how bad these flowers were.  Moldy, old, wilted, and marked with bruising.  I took many pictures for them to see.  They NEVER gave me my money back on any of the flowers. I had to go to Costco to make the arrangements needed for the wedding. To this day they have not even given me $1 back for their rotton flowers.  I sent them several email and pictures and phone calls, to no avail.

when you order on line those are the risks you run. some people have great luck and others don't. Don't give up,keep sending the emails

I'm so sorry that happened to you! Do keep contacting them and make sure that they know that you will be posting negative reviews on TK. Have you contacted the BBB?

If you bought them with a credit card, contact your CC company.  Many guarantee your purchases.
