Calla lilies and hydrangeas?

Hi all.  I am using calla lilies for my bridesmaids bouqets and centerpieces, but their cost and shape makes them a challenge for the pew and altar decorations I want.  I was wondering what you think about using hydgrangeas for pews, altar, flower girl and maybe my bouquet.  Would it look like there was a diconnect between the flowers?  I don't care too much about the flow between church decorations and reception, but mainly if it look back in photos for me to have a bouquet of hydrangeas and my bridal party to all have calla lilies?  They would have white and purple lilies and I would have purple hydrangeas.
thanks!

    Hello Melissa,

I think that their should be some type of connection between your flowers and the bridesmaids'. You can put both calla lilies and hydrangeas in your bouquet. The best person to ask would be your florist. He would be able to visualize your look in his/her head and tell you wether it would flow or not. Just trust his/her opinion.
Also, you can definitely put hydrangeas in the center pieces with calla lilies. It's done all the time with taller arrangements. I have seen it in white, but I'm sure it can be done in your colors as well.
I hope this helps! If not, browse some pics to help you get a better sense of the overall floral picture. Good Luck!
