Affordable, Outdoor Venue in Fort Worth, TX Area???

Hello....I am newly engaged and trying to set a date for my wedding day! I have a budget of $4000, very hard to plan an outdoor wedding on that! However, I still have some hope! Does anyone in the DFW area know of any place that is around $1000 or so for a reception and/or ceremony? Even if it was just a field! We are having a rustic/western theme. Any leads would be great!

 • Loridarling, I'm in the midst of looking at venues as well... Is that $1000 for venue only or food as well? The girls here have TONS of ideas! Lots of them mention restaurants...

Venue only. I have money set aside for the rest of wedding. My guest count would be about 100-150. I don't have a lot to work with but have always wanted an outdoor wedding.

 • Check out the Farmers Branch Historical park. They charge ike $75 per hour plus hotel. Easy peasy, and BEAUTIFUL.

 • For your ceremony, you can try the Botanic Gardens. They have several beautiful locations/gardens there you can choose from depending on how many people you'll have, all for about 500.
