Timing Question

I am sorry if this has been asked but I looked through old posts and didnt' see anything.  I am going to order Gerbera Daisys and Roses from Sams Club for my June wedding but they will be delivered on Thursday for my Saturday wedding.  My problem is that I don't have anywhere to keep all of those flowers cool on Thursday and Friday night.  Do I need an actual refrigerator to keep them cool or will my basement be cool enough for them to look nice on Saturday?  Thanks Ladies!

Ditto pp.  When you receive the flowers, cut the bottom inch or so off of the stems and put them in buckets of water in a cool, dark room (doesn't need to be pitch black, but you don't want them under bright lights either).  It's actually better if they're not in a fridge, as the gases from fruits and veggies can cause flowers to wilt.
