Unique Fall Flowers

Our colors are red, white, and pink. We're planning on a fall wedding and I was wondering if anyone has any flower suggestions. I want to use roses, but I was looking for some other flowers to add texture.

Spider mums and asters are fall flowers that come in white.  Asters may also come in pink.  Eucalyptus and strawflowers come in a shade of dark red and would add texture.  Other brides had added texture by using seed pods and bear grasses.  I believe that both can be dyed as well.

luecospermum, a dark red colored folliage may add some dimmension, I love anemones, dahlias, and rannunculus for different shapes.
