    I'm not sure. But I've been told that by the time you rent a chair cover, and possibly a bow, it equals the price of a nice looking chair.

    They are totally cheap on line... buy them and then resell them on ebay.  the hitch is you have to put them all on the chairs and that takes quite a while so you need a venue with plenty of lead time.  Google wholesale chair covers...

    I ordered them and have received them and they look identical to the chair covers we could have rented from our reception site (for $5/chair).  We waited for fabric to go onsale at our local fabric store and bought enough to make the bows for the chairs ourselves.  Good luck!
