NWR: birthday cake?

anyone know where i can buy a *small* birthday cake for my sister? preferably would feed 3-5 people. we always have leftovers! she likes white cake.

i'd prefer to get the cake somewhere near las colinas or uptown dallas area

    I love Society Bakery...their cakes and icing are delicious!!!  And so pretty!!!  It's located on Lower Greenville.  Thier cake sizes are listed on their web-site, a 6in in a white cake is $28.  Try their cupcakes too!

    The cake from Dallas Affaires is delicious but I love the cakes from Costco and Wal Mart and Target.

    Thanks for the suggestions! we usually just grab one from the grocery, but always end up with more than half the cake ending up in the garbage. i'll probably check out society!

    We had a super small birthday cake for a friend the other day and it was so good. When I checked the label to see the bakery name I just about fell over when it said Wal-Mart.

    Check out the Wal-Mart bakery, they have a ton of these little cakes in a bunch of flavors and they look like they definetly did not come from there.

    oh, also, check out whole foods if you just want a grab-and-go cake. they have super cute small cakes that are REALLY good.
