I checked out the DFW vendor list and didn't see it on there. Is anyone getting married at Aristide?

I don't know much, but from what I remember it was way too expensive for me..  you are talking about in Mansfield, right?

We went and looked at this place.  It's brand new and the owner didn't mention any in-house dj or preferred caterers. She seemed pretty open to anything.  We are on a strict budget and that place was fairly cheap even with our budget. If you want, I will look for the pricing info she sent me.

I looked at Aristide in Mansfield in person.. it's really nice.

I know Aristide let's you bring in an outside vendor, but the rental is about $4950-- I think.

Aristide Event & Conference Center in Mansfield is really pretty! It just opened up in February. They have 2 websites:  www.aristideeventcenter.com  & www.aristideevents.com .It's reasonably priced and Friday morning/afternoon is less than $1000.  They do have a preferred vendor list.

For pricing the rental cost is as follows for 4 hours:

Mon-Thurs: Day is $600, Evening is $1,500
Friday & Sunday: Day is $1,500, Evening is $3,500
Saturday: Day is $3,500, Evening is $6,000
Holidays and Desirable Dates: $10000 for day or evening.

Yea I am talking about in Mansfield. I think it's gorgeous. I'm having the same concern about the expense though. Where did you decide on?

I just edited my above post with random info I found from the boards, but I'm sure the info Kendall has is way better!

What is your budget? I ended up at Rose Chapel which is one of the significantly cheaper venues in DFW, but I also like it's DIY friendly and you can bring in outside food.

Not going to lie - Reception/all-in-one venues may be the last thing I add to the site seeing as there are SO many of them

If you are looking for a chapel for the ceremony though, I have added the ones to the new vendor site (Http://dfwknotties.weebly.com) It will be under Venues /> Ceremony.  The Rose Chapel is on it as well

Other than that, I thought it was TOO expensive for what it was.
