Who to get corsages and boutineers for...

Do I need to have boutineers and corsages for our grandparents as well? Or just our parents? (and obviously the wedding party Cool)

Also, I assume I should get our officiant one as well (she's a family friend)?

    It is not necessary that you have boutineers for everyone. We plan on only  having the mothers and granmothers have a corsage. My FI thinks boutineers are a waste and so do I, so we are skipping them for groom, groomsman, fathers, & grandfathers. Our officent doesnt wear one so we won't have to get one, but I would ask everyone what they prefer if you do plan on buying them.

    It's not totally necessary to get corsages and boutonnieres for grandparents and the officiant, but it's a really nice gesture.  We're getting them for everyone who's involved in the ceremony in some capacity. If it's in your budget it would be a good idea.
