How many per bouquet?

Hey ladies, I'm usually over on the July 2011 board, but I wanted to see what you all thought about my flower question.

I plan on asking my florist of course, but how many flowers should I have in my bouquet and my girls bouquets? What about a mother's bouquet? We're doing all roses, so they should be fairly large and open.

Your florist should be able to do a mock up for you and then you can tell them whether you'd like to go larger or smaller.

I did all roses and mine had 26; my BMs 7; and the mothers' nosegays 5.  I ended up thinking the BMs were too small and wished I had done more like 10 or 12.
