How far in advance should you meet with your florist? I've emailed mine and have gotten price quotes but when should i actually sit down with them?

    I signed my contract about 8 months out and finalized details 6 months before my wedding.

    I booked my florist and made tentative plans for the bouquets etc approx 6 months before the wedding.  My wedding is in 5 weeks, we haven't met yet to finalize the plans...she wants to wait to see what will be in season, costs etc first.  We'll meet in the next few weeks.
