online flowers??

Has anyone ever ordered from fiftyflowers.com?  My flower budget is too small for a florist and I know how to make my own bouquets so that is my plan.  I'm just wondering about the best place to get flowers from.  I'm getting married on 9.25.10 on Cape Cod.  Ideas?

they have a limited selection, but the price is right!

I have heard alot of good about fiftyflowers.com, also check out Bridesign.com.  They have a large selection of bulk flowers and they ship direct from the flower farm to you.

I ordered from sam's club. I'll post some pictures of how the flowers have arrived to me.

this is of how the flowers arrived to me. this is 100 flowers that I got for 90 bucks. They were wrapped in four groupings of 25 roses each.




This is immediately upon opening them. Kinda wilted, and the outer "guard" petals are bruised from shipment. Took the outer petals off, most of the leaves, and all of the thorns and they look like this....



This is only half of the roses that I ordered, the other half are in another bucket.

btw---- I love you wedding date! It's mine too. I ordered those roses from sam's club as a "trial" box for my reception centerpieces. Overall, I was quite impressed. flowers arrived beautifully (after you give em  a drink!) and I will be ordering 3 more boxes of them for the centerpieces to be delivered the thursday before the wedding.
