Bridal show-- what to ask florists?

I am going to a big bridal show tomorrow, and the next thing I need to research and check off my list is flowers. Our wedding is the day before Mother's Day, so I probably should have started this a while back. My question is, what kinds of questions should I ask florists? I'm not really sure what kind of flowers I want yet, and am not an expert at all.

First ask for the date because some florists might not be available for that time.  

Then more than anything just chat and look at their work and use your intuition.

I just went to see my first wedding florist this weekend. Her main advice was to go on to wedding blogs or search up wedding flower ideas. Find some arrangements you like and then take them into your florist. Ask if they can do something similar. A good florist should be able to tell you how available flowers in the pictures your brought are available during the time of year your wedding is. Also, you can ask for pictures of previous work and if they have some kind of price list.
