Origami( Paper), silk or dried flowers?

I am trying to decide if I was Origami( Paper), silk or dried flowers for our bouquets

I do NOT want real flowers mainly because we are having a evening september wedding in Arkansas and I do not want them wilting in the heat before we even start the ceremony( 85 is the average high and then 60s the low).

out of all of them I like the origami flowers the best.    the sunflower one you can purchase the silk flowers for for under $10 and the other bouquet is just plain awful. The used a cheap-silk bush($7.99-$10....wrapped the stem with ribbon and are trying to sell it for $50...terrible
