We have a couple of cherry trees near our house that have a special meaning for me. Every year, they give an abundance of petals. I would love to use those on my wedding.
Of course, the trees are blooming in spring, whereas I'll have a July wedding. Does anyone know if we can conserve these petals in a way that they'll still be 'fresh' at the wedding, instead of completely dry and crispy, for example by freezing them?
I guess not, but it doesn't hurt to ask ;-)
