Silk flower help!

1. Is the brides bouquet usually a different color than the BMs? I'm doing hot pinks for the BMs and I was thinking of doing soft pinks for myself...any thoughts?

2. For the DIY brides--how are you getting your flowers to make a nice round bouquet?! I feel like mine aren't forming right. I bought pre-made bundles from Michaels, and I'm using 2 for each BM, so I took the one bundle apart and pieced it around the other, but they're just looking weird!!

There are several ways you can do it. Sometimes craft stores have styrofoam balls that you can stick the stems into and or a bouquet stick with a styrofoam top that you do the same with. That is what my sister did. I snipped the flowers from the leaves and in my bouquet, my sunflowers are the star and I just used small mum-like flowers to bulk it up. I gathered the sunflowers together and tied with wire then added the mum-like flowers to the sunflowers. Here's a pic.


Not sure if you can tell. There are white and navy "mums" and then the sunflowers. Pictures always look crazy.
