Have to use flowers? Other suggestions?

Hello, My fiance and I are planning our wedding and have realized that we don't care about flowers. Has anyone used anything (walked with something else) other than boquets during ceramonies? Any suggestions / thoughts would be great!

My friend did not have a single flowers at her wedding.  She had an Etsy seller make her a fabric bouquet:

And they had the two BM (both sisters of the B&G) walk in holding clutches.

My cousin was originally going to have candles in brandy snifters for us to carry.  That way they wouldn't drip or burn us.  However, her church wouldn't allow candles so she put some silk flowers in the snifters since she had already bought them.

You could carry a clutch, a Bible, Balloons (have seen some pics of this), have the BP carry ribbon wands, if you get married in the winter, faux fur muffs, feather bouquets, button bouquets....the possibilities are really endless!

We do not plan to use flowers for our centerpieces.  We are going with hurricanes and candles, provided by the venue (an historical inn).

There are a few alternatives out there:
    -A lit lantern
    -A Bible
    -A jeweled rosary if catholic
-A lit candle in a large glass vase
-A fan in the wedding colors
    -A shell (Beach wedding)
    -wire bouquet
    -Feather bouquet
    -A Picture frame

For a beach wedding I found this to be nice:
