cherry blossom bouts/corsages reasonable idea?

Hello, I'm hoping some of the floral savy brides will be able to help me decide whether it would be a good idea to use bits of cherry blossom branches as bouts and corsages. Would they be ok without water for a little while as long as they were kept cool? I want to use fairly hardy flowers for the bouts and corsages. Would you say they are just as hardy as roses?

I tihink you might have a really hard time finding them out of season...  But you'll have to ask your florist.

Are you open to using silk flowers?

the blossoms will wilt out in less than 2 hours. Use real branches and attach silk blossoms
