Any DIY Flower Shops in or around Atlanta?

Does anyone know if there are any floral shops in or aournd Atlanta that allow/help brides do their on wedding party florals and/or centerpieces?

    You can order flowers online and then DIY.  (Fiftyflowers.com or flowersandfreshness.com) I did this and used instuctional YouTube videos to figure out the bouquets and corsages. 

    SamsClub also does bulk ordering. 

    I'm not sure if most florists would allow you to do what you are asking.
