Has anyone used wedideas?

I am getting married in October 2012. I have severe allergies, so I definitely need to go with silk or natural touch flowers for the flowers. Has anyone ever used wedideas.com? I have seen conflicting reviews about them on the web.

I did! You can look in my bio I have a picture posted, or if you want more pictures let me know and I can post them for you. I am VERY satisified with the flowers and I do reccommend them, however I do have some tips should you decided to use them.

1. The specialty flowers are very pretty, I got some of those and some natural touch. If I could do it all over though I would use only natural touch flowers.

2. Order with lots of time, that way if you do have issues you have time to resolve them.

3. If you are paticular about color send them a swatch, I did not and there ribbon was a different color than mine with the same name.

4. Be VERY paticular on you order form and describe EVERYTHING that you want. If you want all natural touch make that very clear. I actually sent them an inspiration picture and they matched it perfectly.

5. I asked for aproval pictures and I am very glad that I did.

Some of the bad reviews are from people that waited too late and so the bad communication caused issues. That is why I say order early. Communication is actually a little better if you like their facebook page and post on their wall. Since it is more visable sometimes they get back to you better.

My only dissapointments was the ribobn color and the fact that I was expecting better from the specialty flowers, also be ware that they could be a little out of shape from shipping. My flowers were a little flat because my box got smashed. I put them in vases in a tote and the opened back up. That is why I say go with all natural touch/real touch from them. Other than that I couldn't be happier! I talked to them about the ribbon and quality and they gave be a small refund for my troubles. All in all they are easy to work with if you give them time.
