Navy blue and yellow

i am trying to think of what kinds of flowers I can use for the bouquets and butineers. Wedding will be July 2012. My fiancé will be in AF mess dress which is navy blue. The groomsmen will also be in navy blue vests. My moh will be in a navy blue dress with a yellow sash and my bridesmaids will be in yellow dresses with navy blue sashes.

My bouquet will be mostly yellow because I don't think there are mny blue flowers. I don't want to dye anything so it would have to be their natural colors. I was just wondering what options I have as far as putting some blue into the bouquets.

You could wrap the stems in navy blue ribbon or fabric.

Delphiniums are really pretty and they come in a pretty blue. Hydrangeas come in blue as well, but they're not a navy blue so I don't know if they'd be what you're looking for. I like the idea of a navy blue ribbon or fabric to tie your stems together.

sunflowers, gerber daisies, orchids... you can use lime greens or light blue hydrangea to make the base and pop off the yellow dresses...
I think go with gold and ivory flowers and just add pops of blue delphinium... You don't want matchy match anyway... Look at his dress uniform and pick up a few touches from there... as in the color of the points or buttons...

If the butyons and such are brass use ribbon that matches that for the bouquets...If you are going a bit Vegas and glitzy weave a bit of brass ribon through the flowers too..

There is nothing as handsome as a mann in dress blues... enjoy the day!
