DIY Flowers

Has anyone had experience with ordering flowers from Sam's Club or FiftyFlowers?  I would love any reviews of either company!  TIA

I've never ordered on line for them, but have gone to Sam's and placed a few special orders. (Gerbers, roses, callas, carnations, and greenery).  I found them to be reliable, and of good quality.  They called as soon as the order arrived, and keep them refrigerated until picked up.

I buy packages of flowers from Sam's all the time, and find them to be the best buy around on prices and quality, just  not as much selection.  They've recently downsized the floral departments at our local stores, but still have great prices on line.

I used fiftyflowers.com and was very happy!  Be sure that you follow the directions they give about prepping and caring for the flowers (cutting stems storing in water buckets in a cool place) for best results.

I actually just received the test run today and we're going to use the flowers for my bridal shower on Saturday. I ordered 50 blue hydrangea and bells of ireland from sams club then 50 white akito roses from fiftyflowers. They all arrived by 10am (in the same fedex van which I thought was weird) and I live about 30 miles outside of st paul mn. All flowers were packaged very nicely but didn't come with flower food so fyi you need to buy some. The hydrangeas and bells were super easy to manage but the roses were a bit of a pain although worth it. I was super nervous to try this but just follow the easy directions and I had no problems by myself although for the wedding I'll have help.  If you do ANY kind of roses though, be sure to have a glove and dethorner. And don't forget a sharp knife or scissors to cut the stems. Good luck!
